A partnership built on fairness
Belle Luna is built on a simple principle: we only succeed when our suppliers do. There are no listing fees, no monthly subscriptions and no upfront costs to join the platform.
We take a fixed 15% commission on completed product sales only. If an order is refunded, the commission is fully reversed, ensuring complete fairness across every transaction.
Customers benefit from a simple checkout experience, with one delivery fee per order or an optional annual delivery pass. This removes friction at checkout and supports higher conversion without disadvantaging suppliers.
Delivery is managed at platform level, allowing you to focus on fulfilment. You remain in control of your products and operations, while Belle Luna handles payments, checkout flow, delivery coordination, and customer support structure.
This is a transparent, long-term partnership model designed to support sustainable growth, with clear rules, no hidden deductions and a structure built around alignment rather than volume pressure.

Supplier FAQ
What commission does Belle Luna charge? ⌄
We charge a fixed 15% commission on completed product sales only. There are no listing fees, monthly subscriptions, or upfront costs.
Do you take commission on delivery fees? ⌄
No. Delivery is handled separately at platform level and is not subject to commission. Suppliers receive agreed delivery contributions per order.
What happens if a customer buys from multiple suppliers? ⌄
Customers pay one delivery fee at checkout. Belle Luna manages allocation internally so suppliers are not disadvantaged in multi-supplier orders.
What if an item is returned? ⌄
Customers are refunded by Belle Luna and any commission on returned items is fully reversed. You are only charged commission on completed sales.
Who handles customer service? ⌄
Belle Luna manages general customer support, payments, and platform coordination. Suppliers handle product-specific queries and fulfilment.
When do I get paid? ⌄
Supplier payouts are processed monthly after the return window closes. Payments are issued within 7 business days of month-end, including delivery contributions.
